When We Look Up is inspired by quiet moments during my daily walks, looking up to the shifting tree canopies and capturing the slow, grounding rhythm of the seasons. These fleeting glimpses of nature’s calm form the essence of this collection.

‘Through the Seasons, Upward ’ painted on cotton canvas, is layered with a digital print collage papers created from my own photography. Free-motion embroidery traces the delicate forms of the branches, while fine hand stitching draws the eye to the negative spaces between them — capturing the quiet, intricate beauty of the canopy as it shifts through the seasons.

The painting is float-mounted to reveal the raw edges of the fabric and framed in a bespoke white Oak frame.
