Between Branch and Horizon – Framed by hedgerows and branches, this collection looks outward to the landscapes beyond. Inspired by distant horizons and shifting light, each piece captures that quiet moment where enclosure gives way to openness and the land begins to unfold.

Spring Awakening captures the quiet richness of the season, gazing out towards the landscape through a softening spring canopy. Abstract painted surfaces are layered with digital prints taken from my own photographs and fragments of collage, building depth and atmosphere.

Machine embroidery traces the silhouettes of emerging branches and weaves texture through the abstract landscape, while delicate hand stitching introduces a gentle sense of movement. Each layer works together to evoke that tender moment of early spring — when a lingering chill still hangs in the air, yet fresh colour begins to quietly unfold across the land.
