Between Branch and Horizon – Framed by hedgerows and branches, this collection looks outward to the landscapes beyond. Inspired by distant horizons and shifting light, each piece captures that quiet moment where enclosure gives way to openness and the land begins to unfold.

Last of Summer captures the quiet richness of the season, gazing out towards the landscape through the fading canopy. Abstract painted surfaces are layered with digital prints taken from my own photographs and fragments of collage, building depth and atmosphere.

Machine embroidery traces the silhouettes of softening branches and weaves texture through the abstract landscape, while delicate hand stitching introduces a gentle sense of movement. Each layer works together to evoke that fleeting moment at summer’s edge — when warmth lingers in the land even as it slowly gives way to autumn.
