‘Calm Breeze’ Original Painting 39cm x 25cm

‘Calm Breeze’ is inspired by the soft misty colours of winter, from our many walks on the South Downs.

An original painting on cotton canvas using fabric paints and dyes. Mono printing with real plants, grasses and seed heads I have found on beach walks with the family. The detail within the painting is added with free motion embroidery and hand embroidery. Leaving the threads to hang free over the mount, adding texture and movement to the painting.

The textile painting is framed in a bespoke white frame with non reflective glass so you can see the detail of the painting so much clearer.
