‘Sit with me in the shade’ inspired by wild botanicals, shapes and colours.
An original painting on cotton canvas using textile paints and textile spray paints, created with real botanicals and handmade stencils. The detail within the painting is added with applique, free motion embroidery and hand stitch.
The artwork is mounting onto soft while mount board with stitch detail.
The textile painting is framed in a bespoke white wood frame
