‘Winter Sea Mist’ Giclee Art Print

This print is from my original painting on cotton fabric with free motion machine embroidery. The print accentuate the textures of the original fabric and every stitch in detail. Printed onto an acid free, slightly textured 310gsm alpha/cotton mix paper using archival inks.

Size: 43cm x 28cm (17″ x 11″) plus boarder where I have signed and numbered the print. This is a limited print of 25.

I was inspired by the colour and light from the many winter days living by the sea, and the wild flowers that grow through the pebbles on the beach. I love the hazy sunlight through the clouds and mist, creating such beautiful colours on the sea.

I have added free motion embroidery to each giclee print, to bring in the textile and handmade element. I have left the threads to hang free adding texture and depth back into the print. The hanging threads look great once framed.

You have a choice to buy the print unframed or framed.

Unframed – It will be rolled and sent in a tube

Framed – It will be framed in a white wood bespoke frame (framed option for the UK only)
