‘Fresh Morning’ inspired by Sussex coastline, the shapes and colours on a still and crisp morning walk.
An original painting on cotton canvas using textile paints. Monoprinting with real plants and seaweed I have found when out walking. The detail within the painting is added with free motion embroidery.
The painting is mounted onto beautiful textured Arches watercolour paper with a torn (deckle) edge and stitched.
The textile painting is framed in a bespoke white frame
