‘Autumn Shoreline’ Original Painting SOLD 50cm x 50cm

Autumn Shoreline is inspired by the grey skies from an autumn day, when the sea and sky merge into one. With the detail of wild flowers and grasses that grow though the pebbles. The monochrome palette creates atmosphere and calmness yet there is great detail within the painting.

An original painting on cotton canvas using fabric paints and dyes. Mono printing with real plants, grasses and seed heads which I found on beach walks with the family. The detail within the painting is added with free motion embroidery. I have left the threads to hang free over the mount.

The textile painting is framed in a bespoke white frame.
