Artist Support Pledge – ‘Spring Walk’ Original Painting 30cm x 30cm

This painting is taking part in the Artist Support Pledge, a scheme started by British Artist Matthew Burrows.

How Does it Work: The concept is a simple one, I offer to sell my artwork up to the value of £200 (not including P+P). If I am fortunate to reach £1000 in sales I pledge to to buy another artist’s work for £200

‘Spring Walk’ is inspired by the spring walks we have been on during lockdown, really enforcing our connection with nature as a family from our many walks on the South Downs. This view is up on the South Downs looking down to the sea. The intense colours during Spring have magical!

An original painting on cotton canvas using Acrylic paints. Mono printing with real plants, grasses and seed heads I have found on walks with the family. The detail within the painting is added with free motion embroidery and hand embroidery. The painting is vanished and will be finished into a white wood tray frame
