Artist Support Pledge – ‘Harvest Fields’ Original Painting 30cm x 20cm

This painting is taking part in the Artist Support Pledge, a scheme started by British Artist Matthew Burrows.

How Does it Work: The concept is a simple one, I offer to sell my artwork up to the value of £200 (not including P+P). If I am fortunate to reach £1000 in sales I pledge to to buy another artist’s work for £200

Original painting on cotton canvas using fabric paints and dyes. Mono printing with real plants, grasses and seed heads. The detail within the painting is added with free motion embroidery.

The textile painting is float mounted and framed in a bespoke white frame.

Harvest Fields is inspired by the landscape and colours at harvest time around the South Downs, as well as with the seed heads and wild plants that grown along the field edges.
